Evje Gård Yoga

Weekly classic Hatha yoga classes led by Nicola Samad.
A nurturing two hours with asanas (postures), a guided relaxation technique known as Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep with consciousness), to achieve relaxation throughout the body and a deep meditative state of consciousness, followed by pranayama (breathing exercises), with a closing meditation. This class reduces stress and increases balance, strength and flexibility in body and mind.

Our classes cover the deeper, more subtle aspects of yoga. While we definitely emphasize the physical body, we also work especially with breath, energy and mind to help create a balanced state of well-being, vitality and a deeper connection with yourself.

All ages and experience levels are welcome!

Course fee (6 times in a row) = NOK 1 500
‘Drop-in’ at Evje farm is NOK 300 per time.

GUIDELINES
We recommend to not eat a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before class.
The yoga room is cleaned before every class.
We ask that you wash your hands thoroughly when you arrive.
If you are not feeling well, or suspect that you may have been in contact with someone who was not well, please stay at home and take care of yourself.
