Evje Gård Yoga

Weekly classic Hatha yoga classes led by Nicola Samad.
A nurturing two hours with asanas (postures), a guided relaxation technique known as Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep with consciousness), to achieve relaxation throughout the body and a deep meditative state of consciousness, followed by pranayama (breathing exercises), with a closing meditation. This class reduces stress and increases balance, strength and flexibility in body and mind.

Our classes cover the deeper, more subtle aspects of yoga. While we definitely emphasize the physical body, we also work especially with breath, energy and mind to help create a balanced state of well-being, vitality and a deeper connection with yourself.

All ages and experience levels are welcome!

We open the doors – It will be good to share time and space again!

As this situation is not stable, we will continue with our online offer and see how things develop. In other words, it is possible for everyone to join a class, either as a participant at Evje Gård el. Hagan el. online.

New guidelines for all physical classes from 13.05.2020:

We keep a minimum of 1 meter distance between the mats, and the teacher avoids adjusting the students physically.
We can not lend equipment to anyone, so all our participants must bring their own mats, blankets and other equipment.
Please take responsibility; wash your hands thoroughly when you enter the red house.
All surfaces are disinfected before every class.
If you have any symptoms, or suspect that you may be infected, please stay at home and take advantage of our online offer.

A regular yoga practice in these weird times of physical isolation and insecurity will help you stimulate and strengthen your immune system. It also provides a space to release stress so that we can return to emotional stability and mental peace and clarity.
We offer online classes on Wednesdays from 18.00 – 20.00
If you want to participate online, get in touch (contact info below).
