Body Awareness & Meditation

This class is a combination of Hatha Yoga, meditation & breathing techniques. Together they promote balance, flexibility, strength & improve the condition of the body & mind, regardless of age or physical ability.

Classes on Wednesdays are at Evje Gård 18.00 – 19.30

Classes on Mondays are at Skredsvigs Hagan Gallery (Eggedal) 18.00 – 19.30.
